PV4All Toolbox to reach private institutions now available!
01 October 2024
As part of the PV4ALL Toolbox development, three target groups emerged: private institutions, private persons and public authorities. The toolbox provides insights into the work of our project and thus encourages institutions to try out these approaches, develop them further or initiate new ideas. In the case of private institutions, the main aim is to address the private sector and companies. How and what goals can be achieved with this target group in relation to photovoltaics?
The target group of private institutions is a special target group because it has an enormous amount of efficiency. If you can convince companies of the advantages of solar energy and develop concepts for the energy transition with them, you can achieve a lot in a relatively short time. The various partner countries in Europe have approached the target group differently. In one country it is the housing companies and real estate managers themselves, in another country it is railway companies or test laboratories. Private institutions can also be energy communities or solar energy experts. In Lithuania, for example, the main focus was on the promotion of combined hybrid heating systems with PV or the promotion of test laboratories and PV modules. As you can see from the toolbox linked below, the target group of private institutions is very diverse and you cannot break it down to a single approach in addressing companies. In order to address a broad range of companies, it is important to be aware of the wide variety of interests and needs which results in a huge diversity of giving support. We have tried to approach this challenge in the toolbox and hope you find some ideas, that help you.
