Where is your company going? Which decisions do you have to make and how to you do the correct ones? How do you involve your staff?
A new strategy affects also the stakeholders, target groups and the whole ecosystem of a company. In the planning phase you should consider all the different elements: how does digitalization change our marketing and customer service? Should we update our cybersecurity policy and business models? Also continuity and usability need to be considered. Often digitalization affects the production and this way the very essence of the company.
