Description
Meeting the challenges in the fields of energy, climate and environmental protection requires comprehensive reorientation and forward-looking innovations. These tasks must be mastered against the background of the following problems:Â
- blatant & growing shortage of skilled workersÂ
- large qualification deficits, especially in the Green EconomyÂ
- loss of attractiveness & low qualification of school-based VETÂ
- low rates of further training & insufficient orientation of offers to SME needsÂ
- ageing of entrepreneurs & high, growing shortage of young people (demographic change)Â
- failure of business transfers & low rates of business start-upsÂ
- low innovation rates & insufficient productivityÂ
- comparably low internationalization of SMEs & many vocational training providersÂ
The international conference will include a presentation of a draft version of the Easy Energy Practitioner training followed by a round of feedback and discussions.
