The event will take place as part of Tartu Entrepreneurship Week and will be held entirely face-to-face. It will feature two practical examples – one from a municipality and one from a private company – sharing their best practices and experience in implementing energy efficiency measures.
The seminar provides a practical overview of how businesses and local governments can reduce energy consumption and costs. The focus is on solutions that can be implemented quickly or with a relatively modest budget.
We will discuss how to identify major opportunities for savings, where to start, and how to compare the impact, cost, and payback period of various measures. Topics include the adjustment of heating systems, simple building insulation options, lighting, electricity and water consumption, and consumption monitoring.
The seminar will introduce a collection of energy-saving solutions developed as part of the Easy Energy project, offering an easy source of inspiration for identifying potential measures. This collection compiles practical guidelines and helps assess implementation timeframes, savings potential, costs, payback periods, and the necessary expertise.
We welcome managers from businesses and local governments, facility and real estate specialists, technical staff, and anyone involved with buildings, energy costs, or improving energy efficiency.
What will the participant get from the SEMINAR?
- the ability to find primary savings points in your organization;
- an overview of simple and lower-cost solutions;
- a basis for ranking measures according to impact, cost and profitability;
- a practical starting point for developing an energy efficiency action plan.
