Fehmarnbelt Days

The Fehmarnbelt Days is a flagship event bringing together people, organizations, and institutions from Germany and Scandinavia to celebrate cross-border cooperation and discuss future challenges and opportunities in the Fehmarnbelt region. The event features a vibrant festival atmosphere along the Traveufer in Lübeck, complemented by a professional conference at the MuK (Music and Congress Hall). Activities span networking, cultural exchange, business meetings, and public engagement on topics such as infrastructure, sustainability, and regional development.

As part of the event, the Baltic Environmental Forum Germany, Ökomarkt e.V. and Greenevents Hamburg in the framework of the change know project, presented on environmental solutions for the Baltic Sea region. Interested individuals (around 150 visitors) from the general public were informed about reusable solutions for events, in schools and in the food sector. This was made possible through interactive formats, such as games for kids or the display of plastic-free/reusable household and cosmetic products. Suri Signature was also present with a food truck offering food in reusable containers. Additionally, project-related information material was distributed to provide information about the project and its objectives.
