Description

The first day of the Warsaw pilot action will feature a tabletop decision-making exercise based on a flood scenario, during which the CREWS digital tools and cooperation model will be tested. The exercise will involve representatives of the City of Warsaw, non-governmental organisations, and the Fire University. Project partners will participate as observers.

The second day will focus on the initial evaluation of the pilot action, a discussion of the decision-making exercise, lessons learned, and feedback from participants.
