Change(K)now! Strategic framework workshop III

The workshop focuses on strategic resources for green events and planning for the respective framework at the city level.  

Lukas von Schuckmann from Green Events Hamburg will introduce the Green Events Siegel – the certification system, outlining its origins, target groups, certification process, especially in measures relevant to food and circularity, as well as plans for future development. 

Nikolaos Tragotsis from Håll Sverige Rent will present the Guide to a Litter-Free Festival, introducing its objectives, key audiences, and lessons learned from reusable system initiatives at the Västerås Cityfestival in 2024–2025, as well as the plans to support Swedish municipalities in transitioning toward reusable systems for food and drink at large-scale events. 

Liina Kanarbik from the Tallinn Strategic Management Office will share Tallinn’s experiences in preparing development and implementation plans for strategic documents that promote circular food delivery systems. The presentation will provide an overview of the respective strategic documents that serve as a roadmap from single-use to a circular food delivery system. 

Following the presentations, a discussion will provide a good opportunity for transnational experience exchange and mutual learning.
