Education Fair "School 2025"

Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (ViA) participates in the education fair "Skola 2025" ("School 2025") taking place in Riga, Latvia. This year, Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences will present study opportunities at the exhibition, highlighting environmentally friendly studies and environment, as well as sustainable and circular principles. In cooperation with Change(K)now! project, ViA will reach out to school youth in Latvia about how to attend events responsibly reducing the carbon footprint. The tips developed include advice on how to reduce the use of disposable packaging by switching to reusable cups and other types of packaging.
