Many manufacturing companies focus on major investments when looking to reduce energy consumption. But often, the fastest and most profitable gains are already found in day-to-day operations — in workflows, processes, and existing installations.

That is why Vesthimmerlands Municipality and the Network for Sustainable Business Development invite you to a hands-on afternoon where you will gain new knowledge, concrete tools, and sparring on how your company can reduce energy consumption while strengthening its competitiveness.

The workshop is grounded in your reality — not in a spreadsheet. You don't need to have an energy strategy or know all your key figures to participate. In fact, a simple question is often enough.

"Why do we use so much electricity at night?" "Can we optimise ventilation without affecting the working environment?" "How do we find out what actually uses the most energy?"

On the day, we will work with your own challenges and translate them into concrete solution proposals. The goal is for you to leave with ideas you can act on immediately — and a better overview of where the next savings can be found.

But great ideas only create value when they are put into action.

That is why you will get an overview of relevant funding and financing options for energy improvements, as well as the opportunity to meet newly graduated candidates who, through initiatives such as growth pilot schemes, can contribute the competencies needed to develop projects, apply for funding, or assist with implementation in your company.
