Training: Info Day for event organisers, restaurants and caterers

Project: Change(K)now!
Physical Meeting

Description

The Baltic Environmental Forum (BEF) Estonia, together with the Circular Economy Department and the Tourism Department of the Tallinn Strategic Management Office, invites you to participate in an Information Day where European Union and Estonian requirements for reducing waste in the catering sector, including packaging, will be discussed. Practical experiences in implementing environmentally friendly solutions and donating food will also be shared.

As the Information Day on the same topic held in November was successful, but not all interested stakeholders were able to participate, we are organising another event with similar content in May. At this Information Day, you will, among other things, receive answers to the following questions:

  • Are plastic straws allowed?
  • By when must reusable containers be used when serving food and drinks on-site and for takeaway?
  • What requirements will apply to caterers to reduce food loss?

Register your participation by May 12 HERE.
