Working alongside EUSBSR Policy Area Energy Coordinators, the project demonstrates how cross-border collaboration transforms local energy challenges into regional solutions through simple, low-cost measures.

The forum brings together government officials, local authorities, business leaders, NGOs, and academic experts, creating a unique platform for knowledge exchange and strategic partnership development. This year’s event, organized by Pomorskie Voivodship, Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Council of the Baltic Sea States Secretariat, highlights the critical role of accessible energy efficiency solutions.

From building insulation measures to water and electricity efficiency solutions, Easy Energy proves that transnational cooperation isn’t just policy rhetoric – it’s delivering measurable results across Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Denmark, and Finland. The project guides municipalities and SMEs on reducing energy consumption in existing buildings while training local “Energy Practitioners” to provide ongoing community support.
