Description
EUCC -D The Coastal Union Germany invites you to participate in the second workshop as part of the Interreg project BEACH-SOS. This workshop focuses on understanding the challenges and recognizing the opportunities related to climate resilience at the beach.
Objectives:
- Develop and evaluate criteria for assessing the impacts of climate change on beaches.
- Explore and discuss adaptation measures to strengthen the resilience of Baltic Sea beaches.
- Ensure the long-term sustainability of tourism-dependent regions in the face of climate chang
Who Should Attend:
This workshop is free of charge and is aimed at experts from the fields of tourism and coastal management. In particular, we welcome the participation of:
- German Baltic Region municipal authorities
- NGOs with coastal involvement
- Coastal practitioners
- Coastal tourism practitioners
- Coastal-related businesses
