CAIDX
The project CAIDX establishes cooperation between artificial intelligence (AI) providers and healthcare institutions to help healthcare professionals integrate AI, and thus improve diagnostics and treatment.

This guide provides an overview of best practices and guidelines for exercising due diligence regarding third-party patents, as well as strategies for safeguarding your own inventions.
Project summary
AI and data-driven diagnostics tools are being intensively developed for applications in the healthcare sector, but the uptake can be difficult. CAIDX (acronym for Clinical Artificial Intelligence based Diagnostics) aims to facilitate the uptake of AI and data-driven diagnostics tools in healthcare institutions.
Our focus is on contracting, clinical and technical development, capacity building and collaborations between hospitals and other healthcare providers and the industry ecosystem. By collecting best practices and creating guidelines for development, testing and implementation of healthcare-focused AI applications, we support and accompany the cultural change necessary to unfold the potential of AI in the healthcare sector.
CAIDX project is co-funded under the EU’s Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme.
