Entrepreneurs collaborate to shape SusTool methodology and enhance user experience

On March 15th, volunteer entrepreneurs gathered for the second time in Tallinn for a shared space to validate the Sustool methodology.
Under the guidance of service designer Dan Mikkin, groups mapped out user expectations and needs arising from the journey of ESG reporting and information gathering, exploring how these expectations could be addressed within the tool.
The aim of this process is to establish a robust foundation to develop a user-friendly and valuable ESG tool.
