Service designer Dan Mikkin leads SusTool methodology workshop in Tallinn

On January 23, a workshop was held in Tallinn to develop the SusTool methodology, with the involvement of service designer Dan Mikkin.

To ensure the technical development of a dependable tool, an initial analysis is necessary. This analysis includes understanding the needs of users (such as SME representatives responsible for sustainability reporting like CFOs, sustainability officers, chief quality officers, etc.), their expectations for the tool, and current practices for organizing ESG information.

This input is crucial for refining the methodology and achieving the best balance between technical capabilities, compliance with CSRD and ESRS requirements, budget constraints, and meeting future user expectations.
