The RESIST partner Lithuanian Innovation Centre (LIC) recently conducted a successful piloting workshop in Vilnius, bringing together representatives from two business support organizations, including the LIC’s own business support team. The objective of this workshop was to present and test the modules the LIC developed: “Social Business Values” and “Social Business Models.”

The discussions that followed the presentations were highly insightful, providing the LIC team with valuable feedback on their approach. One of the key takeaways from the session was the recognition that participants should not be limited to only the modules presented during the workshop. Instead, the LIC decided to provide access to all modules, allowing participants to choose the ones most relevant to their needs. This approach ensures broader engagement and more targeted feedback, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of the training efforts.

This pilot was carried out in collaboration with the LIC and the Lithuanian Social Business Association, with the event taking place at the LIC’s premises in Vilnius.

While the LIC has not yet set a date for the next piloting session, they look forward to continuing this initiative and refining the training modules based on the feedback received. Stay tuned for updates on future sessions!
