Under the title “How to Save the World in 90 Minutes”, the RESIST project hosted an interactive workshop at the Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR) in Tallinn. The session provided an inspiring platform for discussions on social resilience, cross-sector collaboration and social innovation across the Baltic Sea Region.

Another highlight was the presentation of the idea for a Network of Social Innovation Clusters across the Baltic Sea Region during the BSSSC Days of Cities and Regions. The initiative aims to foster long-term cooperation among social innovation stakeholders, create synergies and promote joint approaches to addressing societal challenges.

A key takeaway from both events was that resilience goes far beyond responding to crises. It is built by empowering communities to adapt to change, collaborate effectively and co-create innovative solutions.

These discussions continued at the Social Innovators Networking Day, co-organised by the RESIST project partner, Tallinn University, providing further opportunities for exchange and networking among social innovation actors in the region.

We would like to thank the organisers and all participants for the inspiring conversations and valuable insights that contribute to strengthening social innovation and resilience across the Baltic Sea Region.
