Agder County Council conducts regional Strategy Lab

The first strategy lab was held on November 28, 2024. This series’ first meeting aimed to convey and anchor the concept in the governance structure #OurAgder.
Representatives from the Agder County Administration and key stakeholders like the University of Agder and the Sustainability House “Bølgen” participated in the event.
The two targeted policy instruments are the Action Plan for Living Conditions for Agder and the Development Plan for the Lister Region. The successful development and implementation of these plans depend on the committed involvement of stakeholders, which makes the MOIP Guide very relevant to this work.
Next steps:
The regional council of the Lister Region will decide on March 11 whether to pursue the Development Plan. If the result is positive, an action plan for further work and a time frame for the policy labs will be drawn up.
Regarding the Action Plan for Living Conditions, the second strategy lab is planned for the end of March. This lab’s target groups are politicians, administrators, and representatives from the NGO sector.
