Networks to support labor market integration

The PROSPER BSR Project has built strong regional cooperation networks in Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland to support refugees’ successful integration into local labor markets. These networks are connected through a transnational platform spanning the Baltic Sea Region, enabling collaboration, knowledge exchange, and best practice sharing.
By bringing together business support organizations, local public authorities, and NGOs, these networks offer essential resources, guidance, and opportunities to help skilled refugees find employment, start businesses, and actively contribute to their host communities.
