Status of The Project

Project team meeting 20.2.2025

The last six months of the Mobile Hospital project have begun, and the year started with a project team meeting.

Most of the different phases of the care process and preparing to the procedure or examination have been completed to the Mobile Hospital application in Finnish and partly in English. Translations into Swedish and Polish will continue, and the language and word choices of the care paths will be revised and harmonized. A few pictures, videos and photographs are still missing from some paths or examinations, but the work is progressing well. We are already in the final stages of the content, now the technical side is starting to be finalized.

A voice is planned for the application’s texts and work with it begins. Testing and piloting of the application for children, parents and staff is planned in March-April. Data collection instruments and data collection plans are made in all three countries. The target group and associate partners play a key role in piloting the application.

In late spring, a national seminar will be organized for public health organizations, children’s hospitals, associations and communities working with children and their families, at least in the region.
