Greetings from target group organizations from Poland and Finland

The Mobile Hospital Project, Digital Counseling Environment for Children and Families, is an international ERASMUS+ initiative. Foundation “Pozytywni” (Positive) is one of the NGO group partners involved in the project. It is engaged in several areas. Firstly, conducting surveys among parents of preschool and early school-age children to identify the needs of parents and hospitalized children. Secondly, the Foundation is responsible for publicizing and promoting the Mobile Hospital Project on social media and within the local community. We are pleased to be part of the team creating such an important tool as the Mobile Hospital application.

The focus of our association’s activities is to support and strengthen the inclusion of parents of children with special needs. Leijonaemot is an expert member of the Mobile Hospital project, creating a channel for the project to reach out to families with special children to gather experiences and ideas during the development phase of the application. Our association’s activities involve families of children with special needs across diagnostic boundaries, giving us a broad and multidisciplinary experience of the hospital world.
