Meet-Up in Bydcoszcz

MI-RAP partners met in Bydgoszcz to shape the project’s final steps and discuss how its work can continue beyond the official project end.

The MI-RAP team met in Bydgoszcz on 18–19 March 2026 for its fifth partnership meeting. Over two days, partners looked at how MI-RAP can continue beyond the project, especially in connection with the Music Cities Network, and discussed what future cooperation could look like in practice. A key part of the meeting was the exchange on the Letter of Intent and the next steps for shaping MI-RAP’s legacy.

The first day of the meeting took place at the Ostromecko Palace and Park Complex, giving partners not only a setting for the discussions, but also a chance to get a sense of the local cultural heritage. The agenda also included the setup of the third stage of the Transmission Programme, discussion of project indicators, feedback on the website, and planning for the final dissemination event and project video. In addition to the working sessions, the meeting gave partners time to catch up in person, exchange ideas informally, and strengthen the collaboration for the final stretch of the project. The programme also included a visit to the Ethniesy festival, where participants attended a concert.
