Next major milestone reached: release of Practice Guide for Public Interest Design

23 December 2024
Technical details

A new resource for city and municipal development was finalized and published in December 2024: the Practice Guide for Public Interest Design, developed through the collaborative efforts of cities and municipalities in the Baltic Sea Region. The guide synthesizes insights from pilot projects conducted in our six partner cities Guldborgsund, Gdynia, Kiel, Kolding, Pori and Riga.

The Practice Guide, offering a structured approach to incorporating the concepts and tools of Public Interest Design, is now available for download as a PDF designed for anyone working in the complex field of urban development. It serves as an invitation to join our journey towards more liveable cities and provides valuable tools to design and implement pilot projects addressing specific challenges in your city.
