Lakes Connect Final Conference

The Lakes Connect project, carried out from October 2022 to May 2024, focused on the protection of lakes in the Baltic region. During the conference, we will summarize our activities, discuss the results of pilot studies conducted on selected lakes in Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia. We will also discuss models of cooperation with local authorities and share experiences from building an institutional cooperation network. During the meeting, there will also be an opportunity to learn about funding opportunities from the INTERREG program and participate in panel discussions led by industry experts.

On the second day of the conference, we have planned a trip to visit the Masurian Center for Biodiversity and Nature Education in Urwitałt, which will be an excellent opportunity for direct contact with nature and exchanging experiences in an informal atmosphere.
