First Steering Group Meeting

The first steering group meeting was held in April and led by Harri Kuusela from Päijät-Häme Council, one of the associated partners. The first meeting was a lot about getting to know each other and the project, and as the consortium is wide and international, the introduction round took some time but gave a good idea about the huge amount of knowledge and experience behind the project.
The whole meeting was a productive discussion and overview of the key points on how to establish a shared understanding of the project objectives and expectations in order to build the foundation for effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Project manager represented the plan for next steps and the first year. A lot has already been done and all the partners continue their active role in the project.
