EasyEnergy Project Showcases Transnational Project Management and Cooperation at Interreg BSR Lead Partner Seminar

The EasyEnergy project team has the opportunity to participate in a Lead Partner seminar organized by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region MA/JS, highlighting successful approaches to transnational cooperation and aspects of project management.

The event, held in Kiel, on brought together projects approved in the Interreg BSR Programme’s third call.

During the EasyEnergy presentation, the Lead Partner demonstrated how our EE partnership, spanning multiple Baltic Sea Region countries, effectively addresses common energy challenges through collaborative solutions. Easy Energies approach to coordinating activities across different national contexts while maintaining strong local impact was of particular interest to seminar participants.

The seminar provided valuable opportunities for bilateral discussions with the Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat (MA/JS) and networking with other project teams. These interactions helped strengthen existing partnerships and identify new potential synergies among regional initiatives.

The event, which targeted project managers, financial managers, and communication specialists, served as an important platform for sharing best practices in project implementation and financial management.
