Why Distance LAB?

The global shift towards remote work demands new skills and tools. Distance LAB responds with solutions enhancing distance interaction soft skills (DIS), fostering sustainability, and supporting digital transformation.

Insights and Preparation:

  • Feedback Collection: We’ve engaged with partners to gather preliminary feedback, laying the groundwork for our pilot projects. This feedback is crucial for tailoring our tools to the real needs of businesses. By actively involving a diverse array of partners—from municipalities and businesses to incubators and research institutions—we’ve cultivated a rich tapestry of perspectives that enrich our approach and amplify our impact.
  • Tool Development: Our focus spans communication, sustainability, and business strategy tools, designed to offer comprehensive support for businesses navigating the hybrid work environment.

Looking Ahead with Anticipation:

As we move towards the piloting phase, the feedback and insights we’ve gathered are paving the way for us to evaluate, refine, and perfect the solutions developed in Work Package 1 (WP1). It’s a testament to our commitment to not just adapting to change but leading it, ensuring that the Distance LAB project sets a new standard for digital resilience and collaboration across the Baltic Sea Region.
