Welcome to setting the table for a series of Circular FoodShift talks, from practical interventions to cross-sectoral collaborations. A podcast series brought to you by Sustainable Gastro, as part of the Circular FoodShift project co-funded by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme.
In this 5-episode series, we explore the key role of local governments and stakeholders in driving circular food system transformation across the Baltic Sea Region.
Throughout the series, each episode will highlight real-world examples, solutions and pilot actions implemented by project’s consortium and stakeholders.
Topics include what we mean by “setting the table for cross-sectoral collaboration” (ep.1), the importance of circular business models (ep.2), the crucial relationship between procurement specialists and local farmers (ep.3), peer learning to exchange knowledge and best practices (ep.4), and circular food systems in schools (ep.5).
