Steering Toward the Finish Line: Key Outcomes from the 6th ISC Meeting of BSR DeepTech Launch
03 June 2025
On 22 May 2025, project partners gathered in person in Warsaw for the 6th Interregional Steering Committee (ISC) meeting of the BSR DeepTech Launch project. As the project approaches its final stage, the session served as a pivotal moment to assess progress and coordinate final steps. Discussions focused on three essential pillars: finalisation of the Toolbox, preparation of the Toolbox Manual, and upcoming reporting obligations.
The web-based Toolbox, designed to support aspiring deep tech entrepreneurs across the Baltic Sea Region, is nearing completion. It will serve as the main access point for students, researchers, and support institutions. Partners confirmed that content upload and proofreading are underway. Final polishing of structure and layout will ensure easy navigation for end users. The public launch of the platform is scheduled before the official closing of the project.
Complementing the web version, a detailed Toolbox Manual is being developed by the Lead Partner. This user-friendly guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and apply the Toolbox effectively. Translations into German and Lithuanian—coordinated by respective project partners—will ensure broader accessibility. Designed for internal stakeholders and external multipliers alike, the Manual will enhance the Toolbox’s long-term usability.
As the project winds down, attention also turned to final reporting. Partners were encouraged to begin gathering financial and content-related data without delay. The consortium agreed that internal deadlines should precede official ones to ensure smooth and timely submission. Prompt finalisation will be key to demonstrating impact and securing compliance.
With clear priorities and collective commitment, the ISC meeting in Warsaw reinforced a shared goal: to close strong, with a legacy that continues to serve future innovators.
