
2nd Feedback Survey – Summary of Results and Key Conclusions

Following the completion of the BSR DeepTech Launch workshops, project partners conducted the 2nd Feedback Survey, aimed at collecting participants’ opinions and assessing the overall satisfaction with the workshop content, delivery, and usefulness of the tools provided.
General Results
The survey gathered valuable insights from participants, allowing partners to better understand how the proposed tools and workshop structure supported students and aspiring deep tech entrepreneurs. Overall, the feedback was positive, with participants highlighting:
- Practical value of the tools presented during the workshops.
- Relevance of the content to their real-life challenges and entrepreneurial journeys.
- Appreciation for interactive elements and hands-on exercises that allowed them to apply theoretical knowledge to practical cases.
Survey Results and KPI Analysis: Measuring Impact
Surveys conducted after the workshops confirmed their high quality and value, with positive feedback on content relevance and effectiveness. KPI analysis demonstrated significant knowledge and competence gains across all locations. Key findings include:
- Knowledge increase: 89% (Warsaw), 87% (Vilnius), 93% (Berlin)
- Fostering entrepreneurship: 91% (Warsaw), 80% (Vilnius), 93% (Berlin)
- Delivering value & meeting participants’ needs: 100% (Warsaw), 86% (Vilnius), 97% (Berlin)
The only KPI falling slightly below target was New Information Sources – Starting a Business in Warsaw (49% vs. 50% target), highlighting a need for additional resources in this area.
Key Conclusions
- Participants emphasized the importance of tailoring tools to the early stages of deep tech business development, confirming the need for practical, easy-to-use diagnostic and support tools.
- The workshops were seen as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, helping students understand key steps in transforming research ideas into viable business solutions.
- Several respondents noted the value of networking opportunities provided by the workshops, indicating that peer learning and contact with experts were highly appreciated.
- The survey confirmed that continuous refinement of the tools based on user feedback is essential to ensure maximum relevance and usability.
Looking Ahead
The collected responses will support the ongoing development and final adaptation of project tools, ensuring they are well-matched to the needs of future workshop participants. The survey also forms an important part of the project’s evaluation and learning process, helping partners identify best practices and areas for improvement in future workshop editions, and as a tool in the Project’s Toolbox.
