Niclas Fjellström from Krinova introduced the main findings and key lessons from the piloting phase, highlighting ten success stories from different countries. These stories demonstrate how a farm or producer can increase visitor numbers, enhance the quality of the experience, implement innovative approaches, and scale their business to become a true success story.

Top 3 success stories:
Abavas (Latvian Cider Route)
4,000 visitors from June to November, systematic time-slot tastings, broad domestic & foreign appeal.

Syse Gard (Norwegian Cider Route)
1,500–2,000 visitors, orchard tours, cider & charcuterie pairing. Successful with both cruise-ship tourists and domestic audiences.

Podole Wielkie (Pomorskie)
750 distillery-tour visitors in a few months, strong storytelling & scalable group approach.

Significant progress was made in the project’s development, focusing on creative marketing strategies, future visions, and planning the next activities in WP3 Transfer – dissemination of 1.element of the solution, piloting results and manual.

Niclas Fjellström also introduced a draft version of the manual, which presents company-level solutions. New chapters have been added, summarising overall conclusions, key lessons learned, and future recommendations. Additionally, a case study from each pilot region will be included.

The meeting also provided opportunities for inspiring study visits to local producers. The certified organic lupin coffee from LandDelikat surprised and excited participants, while the salt inhalation experience at Salzmanufaktur MV offered a refreshing and relaxing break in the midst of the intensive programme.

This international collaboration within the BASCIL project continues to generate new ideas, creative solutions, and diverse perspectives, inspiring all project partners.
