On first day the meeting began with general information from the activity coordinators and status updates from the activity leaders, followed by a review of pilot results. In the afternoon, the focus shifted to S-1xx production development and readiness. Thereafter the topic of interoperability between the S-100 products in the Baltic Sea was raised, which lead into a deeper discussion. The day concluded with a discussion dedicated to the individual product lines S-101, S-102, and S-104/S-111.
The second day of the meeting began with an update from project management, covering spending, reporting requirements, and communication reporting activities. Following this, the focus returned to S-1xx production development, with break-out groups reviewing the current progress of S-101, S-102, and S-104/S-111.
After a coffee break, the team continued their work in dedicated sessions, this time addressing the question of where each product line aims to be in the next phase of development. These discussions provided valuable input for the project’s forward planning and highlighted several opportunities for further alignment.
The meeting concluded with a joint discussion, followed by a summary of outcomes, an evaluation of the two-day event, and confirmation of the next meeting’s time and place.
