Spaces and Places - Cross Sectoral Innovation

Musikkontoret MØST and the service design agency Halogen have joined forces to explore new forms of collaboration between the music industry, municipalities, and urban developers – using music as a catalyst in city development.

This pilot is part of the MI-RAP project as part of enhancing innovation and cross-sector collaboration. Through interviews with key stakeholders, a hands-on workshop, and the development of a board game, the pilot tested how temporary spaces can create shared value across sectors. The approach sparked dialogue and uncovered new ways to position music as a strategic element in urban planning.

The result is a strategic framework that gives Musikkontoret MØST a solid foundation for the next steps – strengthening partnerships and shaping more inclusive, dynamic cities through music.
