Smart reverse-vending machines in Gdańsk

The Venloop pilot introduced reusable-jar meal vending in a real-world office setting in Poland.
System tested:
- 3 smart vending machines for selling high-quality, pasteurised meals in returnable, deposit-based glass jars.
Aim:
- To test user acceptance, operational logistics, and the overall business model’s feasibility.
Results:
- 85% return rate achieved across sold meals
- 3.8 orders per active user showing repeated behavior instead of one-off trials
