Disposable package-free Ministry cafe in Tallinn

In collaboration with the joint building of ministries in Tallinn, the Change(K)now! project partner Baltic Restaurants Estonia AS tested the removal of disposable packaging for take-away food in the ministry cafe.
What was tested and evaluated:
- Introduction of reusable options for take-away: own box, Ringo deposit box or reusable box that can be purchased at the cafe (2€).
When:
- February 2025
Aim:
To test the feasibility of stop using single use packaging at the Ministry cafe.
Outcome:
The results of the evaluation will come in due time.
