Hydrogen-powered truck equipped for snow removal is being tested at RIX

The hydrogen-powered truck equipped for snow removal, which was only recently tested at Helsinki airport in January 2026, has now arrived at Riga Airport and is being tested there. For the first time, hydrogen is being used as fuel for heavy winter service equipment under real airport conditions on the apron of RIX.
