Involvement of the municipality in public events on reusable systems and circular economy.

Description

During 16-17 August 2025, a pilot project will be launched at the Youth Festival in Liepāja to test a reusable cup system aimed at reducing single-use packaging waste at public events. With an expected attendance of 7,000–10,000 over two days, the initiative will help assess the system's effectiveness and build the capacity of involved stakeholders for future implementation at large-scale events.
