Seminar with target groups

The second meeting of the partners together with the target groups will feature a series of presentations covering topics such as the history of potato cultivation in Pajusi, traditional Finnish potato recipes, and the latest advancements in potato biotechnology. Notably, representatives from three countries will present the results of a survey conducted among hobby growers, highlighting insights and trends in local potato cultivation practices. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions about promoting local potato consumption and cultivation practices, as well as partake in tasting sessions of old local potato varieties.
