Project info event in Utena

This was a practical seminar for representatives of companies, municipalities, non-governmental organizations, schools, colleges and universities. The event shared knowledge, experience and solutions on how to reduce plastic waste, abandon single-use packaging and replace it with sustainable solutions using a deposit system. Pilot projects and results of the deposit system application in Anykščiai cafes and restaurants were presented. The participants of the event got acquainted with:

• Proven solutions how to reduce single plastic waste from the Baltic Sea region countries.
• Examples of good practices and ideas that can be applied immediately.
• Informative quiz about plastics.
