Nordic-Baltic exchange on dynamic food procurement

Collaboration on dynamic school food procurement is essential. The goal of these exchange meetings is to increase the knowledge on good practices and solutions that have been or are being tested in  various regions in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Important elements in this are the provision of access to doable and replicable solutions across national borders and at the same time to promote innovative digital solutions that also contribute to the digital green transition.

At this exchange meeting, procurement specialist, school chefs, municipality representatives and regional development organisation from Karlstad-, Vallentuna-, Latgale-, Vilnius-, Tartu- and Võru regions will share their experiences and learn more about opportunities and challenges in food procurement from one another.
