HyTruck Breakfast Briefing April 2024

We are pleased to invite you to HyTruck April’s Breakfast Briefing, which will be held as an online Teams event on Wednesday 3^rd of April from 09:00 to 10:00 (CET).

Vincent Mattelaer, Senior Engineer, Toyota Europe, will present two relevant HRS-related topics - the Upcoming Heavy Duty Fueling Protocols and the CEP approval process for HRS.

Upcoming Heavy Duty Fueling Protocols

The international PRHYDE project has led to the development of new fueling protocols for heavy-duty applications at SAE and ISO level. The different heavy-duty protocols that will be available in 2024 up to 2026 and their implications on station and vehicle level will be introduced and explained.

CEP approval process for HRS

The Vehicle OEM group of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership has been evaluating hydrogen stations since 2015. This presentation will explain what the station operator needs to do in order to comply with the AFIR regulation and thus with the EN 17127 standard, as well as the current state and the upcoming situation in 2025.

HyTruck Breakfast Briefing is planned as monthly occurring event, meant to work as a transnational exchange channel for information related to hydrogen fueled heavy road transport and hydrogen refueling stations. The Breakfast Briefings aim to distribute and share this information to all parties interested in hydrogen-powered mobility and refueling infrastructure in the Baltic Sea region and in European level.
