In this interactive workshop, Allan Kirkeby will introduce the Game Startup Status Board — a structured tool with 35 key checkpoints that map out the typical phases of building a game. After a short walkthrough and instructions from Allan, each mentor will sit down with their startup team (one unfamiliar with the tool) and conduct a live mentoring session using the checklist. Together, you’ll uncover progress, identify challenges, and spark productive conversations.

Who is it for: This workshop is perfect for mentors working with early- to mid-stage game startups who want a structured, conversation-driven way to assess and support their teams. Each mentor needs to bring a team/mentee to the workshop.
