Description
A well-designed dynamic food procurement gives small-scale farmers and operators many opportunities to grow, succeed, and positively impact territorial communities, at the same time reduce food waste. That is why it is important to mix different food policies with strategic policies for the public policy to succeed in a most efficient way.
This webinar offers an introduction to Dynamic Food Procurement, it’s transformative potential, as well a chance for food partnerships and public sector institutions to ask questions and learn more about how it can work in your area or your institution.
How to include SME’s in the tender process?
Come and learn more on how national procurement law encourages and enables the consideration of environmental aspects in procurement, and how the amount of small-scale, local and organic food can be increased through a dynamic procurement system. A 2-hour online event to showcase and discuss ongoing innovations in short and green food supply procurement in and outside the Baltic Sea Region.
