Description

BSOs platform training

This project event is a training workshop designed for project's Business Support Organizations (BSOs) to build practical skills in using the Digital Twin Demo Platform. After this training BSOs are able to support SMEs in their circular transition journey when participating to project's piloting.

During the workshop, participants will learn how to:

  • Set up and manage platform access by creating user accounts, linking BSO profiles with SMEs, and managing observer roles and permissions.
  • Model cases and generate Digital Product Passport (DPP) reports using pilot sector examples from the electronics sector. Participants will practice entering data manually or via files, selecting relevant indicators, and creating baseline reports.
  • Validate and optimize circular economy scenarios by comparing alternative solutions, assessing their impacts.
  • Monitor performance through KPI analytics and gain practical guidance on applying platform insights in real-world SME support activities. The session will also introduce the evaluation criteria and assignment requirements following the workshop.

This interactive hybrid (online and onsite) training will provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to use the platform effectively, helping SMEs identify circular opportunities, evaluate improvement scenarios, and make data-driven decisions towards more sustainable business practices.
