The main goal of the BSG Go! Mentoring Bootcamp is an international get-together combining intensive mentoring and a peer support environment to test different tools developed during BSG Go! project and help the participating companies in overcoming production and business-related bottlenecks to reach wider audiences with their games and grow their business in a sustainable way.
We are aiming for both joint as well as customised sessions for the participants with one-on-one sparring and mentoring available covering key topics for the company, game and process management, and then helping the teams improve according to their own specific needs. Peer support and networking with other teams is also crucial.
Additionally, participating incubators will have the opportunity to discuss cross-border incubation and mentoring topics for sharing good practice, mapping and alignment of the processes of each incubator.
