Challenges ports and shipping is facing in regard to the transition to fossil-free operation.

Explore the future possibilities for sustainable fuels in shipping and end up at our exciting seminar!

Discover how together we can support the transition to fossil-free fuels such as methanol, hydrogen, biogas, electricity and ammonia. We present concrete scenarios about when and how the capacity needs to be developed and what investments are required.

Be part of the discussion about society's role in supporting this necessary development and gain insights into existing regulations and policies that are already in place to facilitate the transition. IVL l The Swedish Environmental Institute shares the innovative bunkering and charging strategy for Sweden, developed within the Interreg project Blue Supply Chains. Meet and engage with experts from Umeå Energi, INAB, Kvarken Ports, Umeå Hamn and CLOSER at Lindholmen Science Park.

In addition to a well-filled agenda, you get the opportunity to network with other participants. Among the participants are representatives from the Swedish Riksdag, several different authorities, academia and business, but also with broad participation from energy companies and ports.
