Several important sessions during Almedalsveckan 2025 will address the transition to renewable fuels and climate-smart logistics. Linda Styhre (IVL) and Camilla Sundqvist (CLOSER / Lindholmen Science Park) will participate in the following events, representing the Blue Supply Chains project.

June 25 | 10:00–10:45 | Smart City Sweden Arena
Session focusing on knowledge sharing and collaboration to accelerate the green transition. Panel details are still being updated.

June 25 | 15:30–16:30 | Handelskammarens Arena
Session: “Förnybara bränslen till framtidens sjöfart – när är vi i hamn?”
A panel discussion on the conditions for scaling renewable marine fuels in Sweden. Topics include bio- and electrofuels, policy frameworks, energy supply security, and industrial opportunities.

Panel discussion on fossil-free shipping from a regional development and innovation perspective.

In addition, a 1.5-hour roundtable discussion is being planned, with further information to follow.

These sessions provide valuable insight into cross-sector efforts to decarbonize maritime transport and strengthen innovation collaboration across Sweden.
