Each participating company worked with a dedicated Business Coach who helped translate new knowledge into concrete actions.

…and actually implementing it are two very different things.

One of the strongest recommendations in the Blueprint is that business support organisations should combine:

✔ one-to-one coaching

✔ continuous follow-up
