New GYPREG Research Publications from Poland
29 June 2026
These publications contribute valuable knowledge on how gypsum can improve soil structure, reduce nutrient losses, and support sustainable agricultural production.
A study published in Scientific Reports (2026) examined the effects of gypsum amendments on soil aggregate stability, demonstrating the potential of gypsum to improve soil structure and resilience.
Another recent paper in Agriculture, Ecosystems & Environment (2026) investigated gypsum application in mountain grasslands and found that it can reduce nutrient leaching and seepage while improving crop yields.
In addition, a 2024 publication in the Journal of Water and Land Development explored methods for reducing nutrient losses from intensively farmed agricultural areas, providing further evidence of gypsum’s effectiveness as a water protection measure.
