At Tallinn Music Week, MI-RAP (Music Industry Resilience Acceleration Programme) presented two TechTrack events that highlighted innovation, musictech, and the wider music ecosystem, while also introducing the newly launched MI-RAP Online Resource Hub.

On Friday, 10 April, TechTrack World Café at Nordic Hotel Forum brought together musictech startups, innovators and ecosystem builders for an interactive session exploring some of the key challenges facing the sector today. The event opened with a presentation of the MI-RAP Online Resource Hub and continued with discussion tables inspired by recent MI-RAP pilot projects.

The conversations focused on four key themes emerging from the MI-RAP pilots: identifying missing links in local music ecosystems, building stronger connections between music and technology, understanding the challenges of turning a prototype into a real product, and exploring what kinds of support musictech startups need after completing an support programmes.

The session featured contributors from MI-RAP pilots and TechTrack project, including Mantautas Krukauskas, Liva Petersone-Klavina, Marili Randla, Mattias Turovski, Nele Plutus, and Aivar Laan. The discussion was moderated by Rannar Park.

On Saturday, 11 April, TechTrack Meetup at Põhja Konn in Telliskivi continued the conversation in a more informal setting, bringing together musictech innovators, startups, and ecosystem builders for networking, exchange, and new connections.

Together, the two TechTrack events showed how MI-RAP pilot projects are helping to spark dialogue, test new ideas, and support a more connected, innovative, and resilient music ecosystem.
